Taste This! is the ultimate in-home wine tasting experience, featuring Washington Artisan wines. At a Taste This! wine tasting you will discover new wines, reconnect with familiar wines, enjoy perfectly paired appetizers, and learn some food and wine pairing basics. In addition, you and your gusts will have the opportunity to order the wines they love at www.tastethiswine.com and get a short turn-around delivery. 

                                              What does an in-home wine tasting look like?

Typically, I bring one to three wines of your choosing to pour and share with you and your guests. Tasting pours are 2 ounces each, so one 750ml bottle of wine will serve up to 12 people.  I pour each wine separately , and talk about the aromas, flavors, and characteristics of each. I also share information about the wineries, and often times, the individual winemakers. If this is the first time at a wine tasting for any of your guests, I also will  demonstrate proper winetasting technique so your guests will get the most out of the tasting.  Usually some discussion and Q & A time  follows before moving on to the next wine. 

                                                          How do I get started?

• Contact me and schedule the date and time that works best for you and your guests. 
• Shop my e-store and select and purchase the wines you would like to have poured at your tasting. WSLCCB laws require all wine being poured to be paid for before it is brought to your tasting. Once that is done, I will deliver the selected wines when I come to do the tasting.
• Invite your guests! Get confirmation from invited guests. 
• You can provide light appetizers that pair with the wines you have chosen for the tasting, or not. It is totally up to you. I am more than available to help you with pairing ideas. Pick my brain!
• Bust out the wine glasses!  I have glasses available, at no cost, if you need them.
• Hold your tasting!

Cost : your total costs will be the price of the chosen wines, plus tax, as well as the cost of appetizers, if you chose to serve them. I am always happy to help you chose wines, if needed. I do not provide napkins, serving utensils, etc..

If you purchase wines outside of Taste This! for your tasting, then there will be a $150 service fee.

I am available to pour/serve wine and beer at your private events. Weddings, Corporate Parties, Bridal Showers, or any other celebration you may be having.

I hold a current Alcohol Server permit, as well as a Food Handlers permit. 

My fee for private events is $125 per hour. Book early, as my calendar fills up fast.

$7 delivery fee on the mainland along the I-5 and I 405 corridors. You must be 21 to accept delivery. ID required.
